Do I need help?
If you are regularly getting less than 7-8 hours of sleep and aren't feeling rested, it's time to seek help.
Often times, sleep problems go hand in hand with other problems. Most of the people I work with report significant sleep issues. Thankfully, there are many behavioral strategies to take that can improve sleep. Please see my page on Individual Psychotherapy if you are interested in addressing these issues in counseling.
